    Detect

    TrunkRFI watches Procore and Autodesk for draft RFIs and begins analysis automatically. Your team can also start a check by describing the question in the TrunkRFI dashboard or in TrunkText.

    Search

    The agent searches your full project corpus — past RFIs, specs, drawings, submittals, and more — for an existing answer or a duplicate.

    Resolve or Draft

    If the answer already exists, you get a response package with a ready-to-send email. If it doesn't, TrunkRFI drafts a complete RFI — title, formatted question, suggested answer, and attachments — pre-filled for your review.

    Submit

    Review, edit, and push the RFI straight to Procore or Autodesk Forma. You get a confirmation with an RFI number and a link back to your PMS.

    Act

    Once the response comes back, the agent summarizes the response and its impact on your project, catches potential conflicts, and provides a prioritized to-do list to respond quickly.
